Personal Assistant

Working within the Gallagher Animal Management Business Unit, you will be tasked with organising meetings, managing correspondence, completing agendas, minute taking and providing a high level of administrative support to the team.

You will be a committed team player who enjoys interacting with people at all levels and have a strong background within administration/ personal assistant roles.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA who can demonstrate initiative and sound time management and organisational skills.

In addition, you will require a good understanding of the Microsoft Suite and most importantly a ‘can do’ attitude is required to carry out this position to its full potential.
